“We”, “Our”, “Us” and “Brand owner” means the owner of the MoneySends brand which is currently TechAsia Ltd.
“You” or “Yourself” means any person that subscribes to moneysends.com.
Moneysends.com is currently a landing page which is used to register the interest of subscribers and potential customers so in far as the MoneySends brand and associated services. MoneySends is currently working on the development of an app which will enable customers to transfer money to friends and family instantly via their mobile or tablet.
These terms and conditions are not intended to give rights to any third parties and do not compel us or brand owners of the MoneySends brand to offering any services or promotions to yourself or any persons who subscribe to moneysends.com.
This is a raffle run by moneysends.com where all pre-registered customers and subscribers will be automatically entered into the raffle to win a pair of return tickets for the winner and their guest, to a country of their choice in Asia.
The winner and their guest will be able to choose a destination county of their choice (in Asia) from those we service at the time of redemption. These will include Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Nepal and the Philippines among many more.
The raffle will close on the day of launch as may be determined by moneysends.com. Service launch is currently expected in early 2019. Moneysends.com is not compelled to close the raffle on any given date and the close of the raffle is to correspond to the actual launch of service only – which may defer or be deferred to a later date than the initially advertised launch date or as publicised in the media.
